We ordered 8 custom doors from Doortek and they machined our handles at different heights. 6/8 were machined at 36”, but they decided to randomly machine two at 42”. After discussions back and forth, Raj refused to correct the mistake. Avoid this vendor. Terrible customer service.
Update after owner feedback: I had tried to call Raj multiple times and left my contact details with his partner. Unfortunately none of my calls were returned after two weeks.
Hardware was not provided by Doortek, but was provided to Doortek to assist with their process.

Hi Richard, it is unfortunate that we are exchanging dialogues for the first time. To my understanding, you are the homeowner customer of our contractor customer, Mr. Jim, who has been dealing with us on your behalf. As directed, 6 of your doors were single bore and 2 were double bore. All holes are starting at 36" from the bottom of the door, and the 2nd bore for the two doors have the hole above the main bore as directed. Hardware was not provided by us so we cannot comment on this. It is your contractor's responsibility to confirm hardware specs and orientations.
