Trevi Pools

worst after-sale service ever !! we were excited to have an in-ground pool and since Trévi were having a promotion in Gatineau last year, we bought from them. The only friendly people at Trévi are the salesmen (of course). We've had nothing but problems with after-sale service, from the quality of the sidewalk (looks like an amateur did the finishing) to unknowledgeable staff selling us products for maintenance. It's supposed to snow today and, after having paid, over a month ago, to have my pool closed and a winter cover installed, the job is still not complete. We were looking at the beautiful hot tubs they have in the showroom. We will be buying one next year, but NOT from Trévi !!
