Student Works Window Cleaning

I hired student works to clean all the windows, the siding, the eaves and under the eaves. They came on June 22, spent about 3 hours, and cleaned 75% of the windows, less then 40% on the sidings, eaves and under eaves, i cannot even comment. Although the assessment was done visually, now that the work was done, and collected the funds, they started back peddling stating that 'well the metal of the eaves cannot be cleaned and so on' . I asked them come and re-review, which they did, and did not clean anything. I opted for this company because i wanted to provide them support - unfortunately, did not get my money's worth support. I'm very very disappointed, and most probably, will not see any of my $1000 payment.
