Got a full cleaning done after a renovation. The 2 ladies were friendly and thorough. Would definitely use S&S Cleaning again and recommend it to anyone looking for cleaners.

Needed emergency cleaning on the weekend in a very short window of time - they responded immediately to my request, got on the phone with me, and made it happen. They even texted photos and updates as they were doing the work because my husband and I were out of town! 10/10 could not recommend more.

The same person from this company has been providing us with housekeeping and cleaning services for over 5 years.

Price charged has gone up significantly during this time. However, one pays for the quality one receives.

The cleaning service provider is hard working, conscientious and efficient. They are familiar with our needs and preferences as to cleaning products used. Besides cleaning, they also help with bed making and laundry.

The house sparkles when they are done.

Out of all the companies I contacted, they were the first to communicate, provide a detailed list of service options and made every effort to work with my schedule. Although they are more costly than the competition, they communicate well, follow instruction but most importantly listen to my needs. Thank you!

My house needed a deep clean. After asking friends and family for recommendations for cleaning people and not receiving any good leads, I submitted a request for quotes from the HomeStars website. Almost immediately I received a response from S&S Cleaning. After considering several quotes I decided to go with S&S Cleaning. The two ladies who cleaned our home were courteous, professional and did a thorough job. The owner check in with me by text to ensure that I was happy with the work done. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning company.

I specifically asked for a post reno cleaning saying I had a lot of dust and some paint spots: they told me on the phone that they could do it, and that they are used to do post reno cleaning.
They showed up with a small house vacuum and a mop: they could have probably been ok with a small apartment for a weekly dusting.
After 10 hours of paid work the house was just like before, with each and every paint spot on the floor. They had no idea how to clean paint spots from the floor and I had to show them how to do it and lend them a scraper. They manage to clean a bit of dust but that was it.
I also asked them not to touch or move our personal items as I had already cleaned where they were. Instead they moved everything out of order. Big waste of time!
Very disappointing and very pricey at $45/h.

The two ladies who came to clean were very hardworking and willing to clean the specific things I asked for even though some of it was quite hard and labour intensive. They were polite and professional and a pleasure to work with. They were detail oriented and really tired to do a deep clean. The service was completely worth it.

Nice ladies, good cleaning. We had a big mess from moving and they stayed a long time to finish the work.

Two nice ladies came for 5 hours and did an amazing job cleaning my house.

Very satisfied from this company. Made the house look like new! Looking forward to doing business again.
