Amazing professional service. Alex came for a quote and was very informative and prepared. He explained all the options and brought window models with him for a great presentation. I had to keep changing the date and he was very understanding and patient. Windows look amazing house looks completely different. There is more sunlight and rooms look bigger. Windows are tinted from outside for more privacy. Workers were professional, fast and hardworking. I didn’t have to remind them of anything and the clean up was spotless. Using them to do my front door now. Highly recommend this company, prices are very reasonable compared to many other quotes I received.

I purchased a new house that required new windows - the old windows had rotted wooden frames inside. This company took the time to ensure there was no structural damage, cleaned out the mess, and completely fixed the issue. When all of the extensive work was done, which included replacing windows and installing a beautiful custom front door, there was absolutely no mess left behind.

The service we experienced was wonderful. Open and honest, made you feel comfortable. The cost compared to others was almost half while still receiving the same product and quality. Any issues they are quick to come back and ensure you are 100% happy.

Vlad was superb and has a very genuine spirit. Compared to other companies we interviewed, he didn't try to pressure us into extra products (SDL, grills, colours, full-frame replacement, etc) that we didn't need, he was patient with giving us time to think through our options, and his prices were competitive (the other companies quoted higher and some quoted double which was shocking). We chose full-frame replacements for the bedrooms and retrofit for everything else. Vlad installs the windows himself with a crew. He foam insulates retrofit windows in addition to full-frame windows which is a perk and he also foam insulates in the vinyl cavities. The VinylPro windows he uses seem sturdy (fusion-welded and made with pure vinyl and SuperSpacer seals) and have nice detailing. Both Vlad and VinylPro are Window-Wise certified. We recently got 2 basement windows installed by Windows Doors GTA. We are really happy that we went with this company. Vlad and his team were really professional, kind, and easy to communicate with. Vlad and his crew came on time, they where efficient and very polite. They replaced most of our old windows with brand new windows! What a difference it made keeping our house warm in the cold.
They cleaned up and left all the work areas spotless.
