These people were recommended to me by 3 people - all within a family I know and they were happy. I could not be more disappointed and let down by them. They do not communicate what is going on. I leave messages, txt messages and no one returns my calls. I have made a deposit of 500.00 and no one is letting me know when the work is going to be done. Once called off due to rain - they called me at 6:00am to tell me and we have rescheduled twice.
No one showed up either time. I have had to take time off work and go in on the weekend to get my work done and all for nothing. I just wish they would communicate with me what is going on.
At this point I do not trust them and have no idea if they are ever going to call me !

It took longer then we thought to get our work finished, but this was due to the difficulty it was finding the color that matches our homes, unique exterior.

Professional service. Kelly was professional. All their employees who worked on our roof were professional. The negative reviews on their page are spam. We recently hired them to replace our roof. We had also hired them last year to replace lost shingles. We experienced no problems with this company so far. They answer the phones but when they don't respond, they always returned our calls. Prompt service. They finished our roof in half a day. I was surprised at how quick they were. A lot of workers came by to do our roof.

Hired them so some shingle replacement. Ended up needing the whole roof done. Didnt cost as much as I thought. We was good looking. Would reccomend calling them. Work was done on the weekend.

We contracted them for the entire renovation project. It didn't take them as long as the original quote. They are a multi skilled company, who can cover all areas of the project. They work very safely, they also made very little noise.

Working with the other contractors we had was OK with them. They seem to be very understanding. The way they worked on site, put an ease to our mind. We are now much happier with the way the roof looks. The color is exactly what I wanted. They are we had an issue with, was a whole in the roof. This was cause by possums, nesting in the empty space.

The whole roof was covered. Fast enough to avoid the rain.

I just moved my family from Stanford, we are happy with the Toronto area, as my wife and I have degrees and good careers. We hired Evolution for some basic upkeep to your home, they did an excellent job and we appreciate the service. It took the aloted time to complete, which kept us happy.

Animals made our home, theirs! After a large hole was made by the animals, we had to find a company to help us out. We contract Evolution Roofing based on the positive reviews. They fixed the damage, and was able to clean up a bit of the left over debris that were left from the animals.
We were concerned with the fact that our roof is very old to begin with. We needed to find shingles that matched. It took some time, but we ended up getting the correct one we were looking for.

Not to much sun out just yet. Rain has been an issue since the frost left. Didn't notice the amount of actual water entering the attic. Now we ended up with a large mold problem, that is another issue. Fixing the holes was pretty fast. I wish they could have helped with the other repairs. But they specialize in roofing and gutter damage.

Good job on the leaking areas. Of course we,
will consider you in the future.

Not to shabby. Not to early. Get your work down sooner then later to avoid wasted time. We hired them for basic refinishing, but they ended up replacing the parapet caps and sloping walls. Nor bad for the price.
