Jamal was incredibly professional and courteous while completing this project in our home. He was also very informed and helpful while explaining the procedure. He worked very quickly and efficiently, while paying amazing attention to detail. He went above and beyond, and we would highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a refresh in their bathroom!

Jamal was fantastic from my first call to him to finish. He was exactly on time to the minute, explained the job, and executed it as he said he would. This saved us thousands of dollars and our grey tub and dark blue tile is now all gleaming white. He even patched up and sealed some grout before starting to ensure it was a perfect finish. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a full bathroom overhaul in a short period of time with a small budget!

My resurfacing job was done in November 2017.
Almost 5 months later I am still very pleased with the outcome of this project.

This company is very professional in their work. Their response time for returning your emails, calls is refreshing. The workmanship is bar none. The constant care of cleaning and doing everything to minimize the dust from standing is great. Jamal was polite, personable and just am overall good person. Jamal did a fantastic job on our tub. Made it look brand new! He was extremely courteous and professional. When I called Shiny Tub, Jamal was the associate that I discussed the job with. Jamal explained to me what service the company-provided and he walked me through the process. I was quite pleased with the photos that he sent me on past jobs that had been completed. We worked out a quote for two bathrooms that needed to be done, and a date was arranged for each bathroom. Most of our communication was via text, which was handy!
Jamal arrived on time, and worked the day. Jamal went above my expectations by hand mixing the paint to match the rest of the bathroom (bone), repairing any missing tile grout, extra holes in the tile wall from past shower rods and by changing out the old built-in soap holders in each bathroom (I purchased them, Jamal changed them).
Jamal also explained the care and maintenance for the newly painted tubs. He also showed me a product that Costco sold that can hold all my necessary items, and that will keep bottles off the tub. I bought each bathroom one. Great price!!
Overall, my experience with Shiny Tub was excellent. Jamal explained everything and did a fantastic job on the tubs. My husband and I are extremely pleased on the end results. I have already recommended this company to friends at work that are looking to have their bathrooms done.
