Never thought I’d like dealing with a rental management company, but Royal York, you’ve proved me wrong! Not only are the staff (Jesse, Nathan, and Avi in particular) professional and helpful, but they’re so great that I genuinely want to be friends with them! ;) Thanks RYPM for making my life easier.

Very professional, I needed a investment property rented out and handled while I am out of the country and could not be happier with Royal York Property Management. They did a great job on cleaning up in between tenants like no one was there before. I highly recommend using them!

I needed to transition from the previous property management company and needed to find a replacement. We searched online and found this company. That very day, they replied and they explained their services. They were able to handle the difficult transition from the previous property management company without aggravation for my tenants.

My wife and I were lucky enough to find an apartment through them. We have been searching for about two months and a friend recommended them to us. We met and saw a few apartments and actually had a tough time deciding which one to take. We made our decision and will be moving in soon! So glad we found them! If you are looking for a clean and well-maintained property, do yourself a favor and start with them!

They take care of my unit and renters. I moved out of province and didn't want to sell my condo. The monthly income was a nice cushion. They respond to any tenant concerns or unit repairs at light speed. I had an issue with a tenant attempting to break the lease. They handled a difficult situation well.

Miserable experience as tenants, ended up paying more taxes, fees, and deposits than originally discussed. Fees were high, impossible to get anyone on the phone, maintenance request system was useless, and I ended up by-passing them all together to deal with the landlord direct to get anything done.
Had 4 drafts of the lease before they even wrote the address out correctly. The office staff was uptight and snobby to deal with, and accounting was just as much a joke. Sending late notices on rent paid a week early. Would not recommend as a tenant.

We've had a remarkable experience with Royal York Property Management. Very thoughtful and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and property management. Caring team of individuals who keep a good eye on a property, and maintain it well! I'm happy with them, and I'm sure many will be with their property as well. I wouldn’t consider another property management company. Respect and trust are huge for me and Royal York Property Management delivers on their commitments. The staff are confident and provide a consistent positive experience. As an investor, turnkey solutions are what I am looking for and I appreciate their partnership! They manage 6 properties for me and take all the heavy lifting off of me. They are always seeking methods of constant improvement in client services for both tenants and owners. Being a realtor means I have to work with many associations. This company is unlike any other - in the best way possible! They are so responsive and helpful, which is rare to find.
