Bad follow up service if you have a problem
After the product was installed we had a problem with a leak between the gutter and the fascia over our front porch. It took a long time to get someone here to look at this. When they did come, we were not home to explain or discuss the solution. They installed an unsightly 2 to 3 foot tin “dam” in front of the gutters. This made the problem much, much worse. Now the debris builds up behind the dam and completely blocks the leaf filter product so the rain runs along the length of the dam and CASCADES onto the porch. We have made numerous calls and had several missed appointments. When someone finally did show up, they told us the solution is to clean behind the dam. We have a lot of trees and this would be a weekly task and frankly the one we are trying to avoid by spending a lot of money for this product. No one at the company seems to be taking ownership of this problem. They have our money so they don’t care.
