Dan installed my nest thermostat on Jan 1/19. Very professional and knowledgeable. Last night when we got home there was not heat. Despite it being after 10 pm, Dan worked very hard to troubleshoot the issue and after some time, noted it was not the nest thermostat but a blown fuse in the furnace. Dan assisted me in every step, including sending pictures of what I needed to buy and even offering to pick one up at his place. With minutes to spare before 11pm and closing of Walmart, we able to find the correct fuse and had heat again. Dan saved me time and money and not having to find someone to fix the furnace late Friday night. I would highly recommend Dan, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Dan for saving the day and what could have been a very cold night without heat!!! My sincere gratitude!! Diane
