Sadly this is yet another example of a cleaning company that just dont get it. They attempt to wow you with their first clean, then fall so short on clean #2 its almost laughable. And when you bring this to the attention of the owner, they play victim and have zero ability to provide proper customer service. The cleaners are no better - they pretend they dont speak English when you ask them about their processes or why there arent proper cleaning products used.
Our first clean was good, but the subsequent clean two weeks later was embarrassingly terrible. The same cleaners did both so how it deteriorated so badly their second clean is beyond me. The cleaners (Kelly) arrived with one bottle of homemade degreaser. Nothing to clean a bathroom or hardwood floors or wood furnishings - literally nothing. They attempted to clean with their homemade product (which by the way smells terrible and is so strongly scented we had headaches for days) but nothing actually came clean. The bathrooms were a total disaster - they didnt use water in the showers and instead sprayed their degreaser and quickly wiped with a towel. Thats not a cleaning - thats a wiping and not a standard level of a bathroom clean. My bathrooms and floors were also left with a disgusting chemical layer of degreaser which I needed to wash off myself after they left. To top off the mess, they showed up 1.5 hours late and proceeded to call and text incessantly as they failed to read their system notes for the access code for the front door. We had to depart an important work call to answer their calls, all of which would have been avoided if they simply followed the directions given tk them the week prior. In all, our entire day was spent dealing with these cleaners, as we demanded they return to fix the bathroom showed they failed to clean. They were rude and very disgruntled when they returned to our home. Totally and utterly unprofessional. The worst part? The owner and reception disappear like a sock in the dryer when quality and issues are raised. Instead their practice appears to run away and hide.
I was subsequently told by Nicole that Kelly was fired due to poor quality across the board. Literally days earlier she told me Kelly had rave reviews and was maybe having a bad day when I questioned how things went downhill so badly after the first clean. The inconsistency in responses is very concerning.
To sum it up, avoid this company. They are simply a middle man for cleaning contractors and have zero standards for their contractors to uphold. There are far better options out there.
