Their mobile site is easy to use and the confirmation email helped me to catch a mistake on my end in time to correct it! The mover was punctual and well-prepared, bringing two dollies, blankets, and shrink wrap to protect the item from scratches. I appreciated that he phoned to let me know he was on his way and check in about the preferred entrance. He was extremely patient and understanding, especially since I'd underestimated the item's weight. It was immediately clear on arrival that I'd need two people to safely move the whole piece into the basement as planned; however, the mover was kind enough to put it in the shed. I was really impressed with the mover's professionalism and speed and I'd recommend 49Van to anyone in need of a same-day delivery.
