Integri Mark

We were looking for virtually a complete basement renovation. We had one large room that was dry-walled and a concrete floor and were turned down by several basement renovation companies because we weren't doing the basement from scratch. We were recommended to visit Renomark.ca and that's where we found Steve and Integrity Contractor. He was the first and quickest to deliver a quotation. He came to our home within a few days of our initial call and I was immediately impressed by him. The one thing I was initially concerned about was the fact that he'd only been in business for a few months prior and had a limited number of references for me to call. But each reference I called had only good things to say about Steve and his team. Each day when Steve and his team came to our home, they were always very friendly and courteous -- cleaning up at the end of every day. When all was said and done, Steve and his team completed a beautiful 3 piece bathroom in our basement (there was no rough-in, so they had to dig up the concrete and do all the plumbing work). The shower turned out amazing -- tile work was exceptional with a beautiful glass door. We now have a bedroom in the basement and a recreation room with vinyl plank flooring throughout. We had popcorn ceiling and they did a beautiful job of scraping the ceiling and installing a tonne of pot lights which really lights up the basement. Steve and his team took care of all the electrical work, framing, and their taping and mudding was very well done. The one thing with Steve is that he is very trustworthy and went that extra mile to ensure that things were done to perfection. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve and his team to anyone and we are in fact having them come in to do our upstairs bathrooms as well.
