Ben was referred to us a few years ago by a friend of ours. We used Ben to design and aquire building permits for a reno and new garage on our previous home. We contacted Ben again to design and aquire building permits for a Laneway house, addition and renovation of a property we just bought. He was excellent to work with. His communication and thoroughness is exceptional. His understanding of the zoning bylaws and building codes make the design processes seamless and without confusion. His drawings are very easy to understand for both client and contractor.
