Hired Everest to add a new window. The installers seemed rushed, and installed the window crooked -- not crooked enough that it's immediately obvious, but enough that we noticed shortly after they left. When we complained, they said they'd come fix it, but never showed up. My spouse and I both tried getting the company to send someone, to no avail. We gave up since we needed to proceed with the rest of our renovation, so now we just have a slightly crooked window.

The installers wanted payment on the spot rather than sending an invoice later like most companies, which in retrospect is a bit suspicious... we didn't get a chance to properly inspect the work until after we'd already paid.

On the plus side, the window itself is nice. It would have been great if it was installed properly.

Everest did such a great job on my house. All windows replace with slider, hung, awning and casement windows. Job was smooth, clean and they clearly know what they are doing. I felt comfortable throughout the research phase and I didn't feel pressured at all. I am glad I went with Leonid

Ordered a brand new front door with custom options as well as a patio door. Both came in as described, installation was clean and quick. Prices were better than the other 3 quotes that we received on those doors. Leonid is doing a great job with the company! Good customer service.

Installation was done surprisingly quick and at the same time with a lot of attention to details as well as cleaning after themselves. We were very impressed with that.
