Gancy, came in and was a wealth of information. He took the time to explain the nature of mice and what he was doing every step of the way. I feel so much more comfortable in my home once he explained where they came from and how his method will keep them out. It was a pleasure for me to pay the fee at the end because the customer service was awesome thorough and efficient. I can breathe a sigh of relief, thank you Gancy.

Shakeel and Mr Ahmad came on time and quickly found the problem. They installed a one-way exit for squirrels to get out! They not only did an excellent job (please see pic attached), but also went extra miles helping me connect and tape the loose vent in the attic. Shakeel said he would come back again after 1-2 weeks to remove the one-way exit and I won't hear the squirrel noise any more. Their service comes with 3-year warranty. If one has a pest problem, Gancy is the person you should call. He is right on it, knowing how desperate and panicky people can get when there is an infestation. He is intelligent, experienced and knowledgeable and is very responsive with questions and calls. He was even willing to come after hours. Now that is special!

I called Gancy in the morning to find out about his company and what he would do to address the carpenter ant issue I found in my house and he told he would be by between 1 and 2 that day. He gave me a quote over the phone once I described the type and size of my house. At 12:15 he called to say he had finished at the site he was at and could actually come earlier. When he arrived, Gancy was friendly and explained in detail what he would do. He was knowledgeable and clearly he alot of experience in doing pest control. Gancy proceeded to do his work, which was very thorough. The quote he had given me was honoured, no issue. I was impressed by how quick he responded to my call, his knowledge and thoroughness. He was friendly and personable. A pleasure to deal with. It seems the issue is solved- 2 days have gone by and haven't seen an ant ! I would definately recommend Pest Control to anyone that is in need of this serive.
