The valve to the well water reservoir was leaking he change the valve on it

Our washing machine wasn't filling so we called in for an inspection and possible repair. They told me a part needed to be replaced so we made an appointment for 2 days later. He puts in the new part and we still have the same problem.

He then switched the hot water input and it works fine. Turns out it was just a frozen water pipe.

$400 later, for what should have cost nothing more than the inspection, and taken no more than half an hour.

Plus, he took the original part and is likely selling it to someone else.

Dishonest service.

Diagnosed and replaced sensor malfunction within 2 days to get part.
Did not have product specific knowledge but did know around dishwashers.
Was polite and clean in house. Understand Russian, no... But no issues!

We are so not happy with this company, we had a small fix or repair that neede to be addresses and they came in and my machine is worse than it was. Efore, I called and emailed back , they returned my call after 6/7 days to tell me it would only cost another 276 with the great rebate we would receive for they were only going to charge us no labour! We found this company online , never ever use this company they were rude as well as not forthcoming at all, the only thing that was decent was the gentleman who came to repair ( his hand are tied )
