I was in a pinch before Christmas and called Ravi for a tank service. He had a truck show up earlier than expected and as he only had capacity to empty half my tank didn’t charge me!!

This company performed a very professional, service oriented and trustworthy service and will use them again for sure! I had 2 tanks pumped and on one I did not have the cover properly exposed but they came back and honored their original price.

Can't say enough good things about this small family based company. From my initial call and contact with Alix, who put this city girls mind at ease when I thought we had an emergency on our hands ..to the first class service shown by Jeremy when he arrived and walked us through everything to the final follow.up the same evening by Alix to make sure all went well and we were happy . Being from Vancouver and new to farm life and septic systems , I was dreading making the call but the whole thing turned into an educational and fun experience ! Can't wait to see them again in 3 years :)
