New roof shingles was done by Global Improvement Solutions Inc. Good installation job at a competitive price. They had to deal with an unknown wasp nest under one corner of the house as well!

We found Global Improvement Solutions Inc. on Home Stars. A representative visited us at home to provide us with an estimate to have our roof replaced. The pricing was reasonable compared to the other estimates we obtained and research we conducted. The difference was their customer service was better than the other companies and they were also free to complete the job within the time frame that fit our needs. The day of the job, the crew showed up and was extremely polite and professional. They completed the job in less time than what was originally quoted and did a great job all around - from removing the old shingles, to installing replacement wood where required. They also did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards ensuring all scrap materials were removed from the premises. Overall, a great experience and high quality/professional job. I would recommend Global Improvement Solutions Inc.

My project was explained, which was a new roof, in great detail and they completed the roof on time and on budget. George and his team did a great job of removing several layers of flat roof and then replacing the roofing. They were on time and worked long hours on the first day, then were able to finish in about half a day with the shingles on day 2. They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was over. I would definitely recommend them, particularly if you have a flat roofing job.

George was super nice and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Incredible service! He was scheduled to repair our roof on a Monday, but contacted me the Saturday before that and repaired it early because of a heavy rainfall warning. Couldn't be happier with the timing and the work. Highly recommend this company.

We highly recommend Global Improvement Solutions Inc. We noticed a bad leak, we contacted George and received a quick and professional reply. His use of text, email and phone as necessary makes communication easy. We appreciated the prompt, knowledgeable, and professional attention as the leak was causing damage to the inside of our house. Service level was excellent and he even came out on a weekend to try and beat some incoming bad weather.

GIS (George) responded to my enquiry right away. A sales rep (Archie) was dispatched quickly as well.
Archie was punctual and courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
The quote (Egress window) was very reasonable, even after having a number of other companies prices, products and services.
Our decision became an easy one.
The job was scheduled right away and I even received more window than expected!
GIS's crew arrived bright and early. They too were courteous, respectful and efficient. They protected the interior areas and took great care around the exterior.
The crew did a magnificent, professional job both inside and out.

The team at GIS was amazing to work with. From the initial phone call to the consultation to the end product. They were professionals from start to finish. The guys needed about 4.5 hours but were able to get the job done without leaving a spec of dust on the inside of the house. The workmanship was thorough and clean and gave me confidence to know they did the job right. I highly recommend the team at GIS!
