The devices doesn’t work properly. I had to change the motion sensor and still not working properly. Sometimes it senses the motions sometimes it doesn’t, what sort of security is this. When I returned the faulty device I paid for shipment however it is not written in the policy. Since is it a faulty device they have to pay for the shipment.
The remote is a piece of toy, sometime it doesn’t respond to keystrokes.

It was an easy install and the lady providing support in that regard was helpful as well as patient. It took about 45 minutes in total

Setting up the system by yourself may sound intimidating, but it was quite easy, thanks to the clear step by step direction given by tech support (Ivan). He was friendly, patient and didnt make any attempt to rush me. The experience of doing it yourself, makes it that much better when everything is done and working well.

Simple installation. They walk you through it by phone. Monitoring us excellent. Camera resolution very good.
