Ignore you when things go wrong

We moved into our new house last summer and used CB Pools for pool school, diagnostics, closing and opening of our pool last week. Despite being assured it was all in perfect working order our pool is not working properly and CB pools are just avoiding us as they dont want to acknowledge any responsibility and have basically left us in the lurch. We have called and emailed and have been waiting for James to call us for two days now. Between chemicals and all the services, we have spent $2500.00 in the last 9 months. We now have a pool that isnt operating properly and no alternative but to find a reputable company that will support their customers properly
