We needed a renovation on our front landscaping. The property is thirty years old, and we wanted to bring it back up to new! Action Home services provided a detailed walk through and listened to our ideas and needs. They provided a detailed plan (much better than ours) including complete demolition, leveling, new dirt, irrigation, sod, plants, lighting and a lovely paver courtyard. We appreciated their knowledge and skills to do the job right, no cutting corners. The crew arrived when they said they would and worked long hard days. Always cleaning up after, even if they were scheduled back the next morning. The job was finished on schedule and budget. We added a couple of things as the project progressed and they happily adjusted the work to accommodate us! Their attention to detail and making sure that the customer is happy is a promise they kept every step of the way. We were so happy with the results of the front yard renovation that we had them do the backyard as well, which also was completed beautifully. We had a horrible experience with the other Landscaping company(which was recommended by a friend) who could not finish the project(interlocking patio with retaining walls), and we had to fire them.
After extensive research through online platforms, AHS was our top choice for this work.
Their Sales Manager Dmytro stopped for an appointment the next day after the request was made on their website. He quickly realized mistakes made by the previous contractor and advised us how they would handle the work. The quote was slightly higher than we expected, but we wanted to finish this project asap with a reputable company and hired AHS.
The construction proceeds took only six days, and we were impressed by how fast and efficient these guys were. The interlocking patio and retaining wall turned out even better than we expected. They also suggest adding landscaping lights inside the stone! Looks wonderful! We cannot wait for summer to enjoy it!

We had our backyard completely redone in June, and Action Home Services did an amazing job. Our backyard was completely transformed. We initially met with Kin who listened to our ideas and then took them and created a space that we could not have imagined. He even kept our future desires in mind in the design, so we will be able to add to the space in the years to come. The finished product is something we enjoy every day. Our backyard had tall weeds and dead patchy areas on the grass so they were able to dethatch and bag up all the dead leaves and leaf blowed the grass blades for a clean slate in preparation for poking holes with their aerator so the water seeps in better and that helped with the growth of the grass since they overseeded and fertilized all over after. Very pleased with the outcome so will definitely have them maintain it over and over again! Also a memorable mention of their highly professional and efficient team. Very satisfied costumer over here!
