Absolutely wonderful company to work with for repairs. We inherited a deck that was falling apart and had JWC come in for the repairs. They initiated contact and lead the process, especially during the permitting stage and were very communicative during any roadblocks, offering options and solutions. In the end, they repaired the deck good as new. The cost was fair for the project and included permit work, labour, and materials. We had a designer do the drawings and provided those.
JWC communicated openly and throughout the project, including estimated timelines and focused on our project through to completion (did not leave the project halfway done to work on other things like some companies). We're looking into further property repairs and will be using this company again. We highly recommend them!
