Oleg came to our house to provide us with an estimate to replace our air conditioner on the same day that I called. I called a number of other companies who said they could not come out for 1-2 days and did not have air conditioners in stock. It was very hot, my son was studying for final exams and we wanted service quickly. Oleg provided that service. He came over, presented all of the options and when I mentioned that maybe we should also replace the furnace at the same time (both were old) he said that I should wait because it was a lot of money to put out at once. How many people would have tried to talk me into buying both? Not Oleg. He is extremely honest, tells you exactly what you need and does not try to upsell you. His workers came out the next day, lay drop sheets in my house and replaced my air conditioner. They did an excellent job and left the house very clean. The new system is working perfectly. It is very quiet and efficient. It cools the house much faster than our old system. Thank you Oleg for allowing us to sleep comfortably.

It was a seamless experience from the beginning when Oleg came to our house, no high pressure sales, answered our questions in a professional manner, he gave us options, priced fairly. I said I would digest this and get back to him, which I did and three days later two of his employees showed up 10 minutes early with drop sheets and a great work ethic and did an excellent job. Nikki in accounts called that afternoon after the job was completed to see how we wanted to pay and Oleg called a little later to make sure all went well. This is an excellent company to do business with.

The work was done properly in time without delay. Installation was done in one day after agreement was signed.
