The team that came to my home was very professional, courteous and polite. The quality and detail of installation from beginning to end was absolutely amazing. The team cleaned the windows inside out and explained how to use and clean my windows. My window rep explained the quality and process of how and why the windows are made. I was looking for a new window for our garage. The old one was in rough shape. I sent in a request and Iliya was over within a day to provide a quote. He took his time, was professional, and very up front about the pricing. He explained the process and we set up the installation.

Window was ordered, a few weeks later installer came, and was done within the hour.

We shopped around for new windows and compared prices and quality. We were very satisfied with the products that Trust Build carries and with the quote that Joseph gave us. We appreciated the advice of the installer who suggested that we move the installation date forward to another day when it was not raining. On the actual day of installation the installer arrived with his crew at the scheduled time and completed the installation efficiently and accurately. We were very pleased with the level of skill, the professionalism and the cleanliness of the entire job.

We met with a really courteous salesman from the company who gave us detailed information on the new windows that would be installed. Though we knew what we wanted, He gave us great suggestions too that helped our decisions. It wasnt long after meeting with him that we decided to go with Trust. The workmen were good too, polite, did a neat and good job. Cleaned up after as well. Will definitely be a returning customer.
