I was able to schedule an appointment for a Saturday afternoon which was very convenient. Guys showed up on time (actually called me to see if early was ok, which was great). Friendly and pleasant. Did a great job and got a stain out I thought would be impossible. Very pleased.

My husband contacted Dang Good Carpet and Furnace Cleaning a couple of weeks ago to complete furnace, air duct, and fireplace cleaning. That same evening, Karen reached out right away, so he was automatically impressed with the responsiveness. Ken and Jacko came out this morning and completed all of those tasks within 1.5 hours. They were very pleasant and accommodating as it was our first time doing this so appreciated that they could navigate around the house to get everything done. They were very approachable, professional, and informative too. I think we were the most excited by the results of the fireplace though. We have literally NEVER seen the glass as clear as it turned out and were able to get rid of all of the fog. We’ll be happy to engage them again on the same work a couple of years from now. In early September 2019 I required carpet cleaning throughout the house as a result of allergies as cats used to live in the house. Dang good carpets came by the house on time as scheduled and proceeded to steam clean all the carpets throughout the residence.

I am very impressed with Ehren my technician. He showed up exactly on time, explained everything in detail about what he would move or not move, the drying time and the shoes to wear when walking on the wet carpets.
