This company stands behind their workmanship. I had a problem and they went above and beyond to correct it. When I initially called in there was a misunderstanding with a Groupon and initially they were not going to offer me the services outlined. They have since corrected the language on the site and offered me an even better deal than the Groupon value. I am very happy with the service so far after the initial hiccups.

They were able to fit me in within 24 hours of calling. I really appreciate their quick, efficient and professional service. They were also willing to match the Groupon price outside of the service area. I would highly recommend.

After being quoted a rather exorbitant fee by another company to pick up our area rug and take it in for cleaning, I was looking for someone who could clean it at the house. In making a request for a quote to yet another company through Home Stars, I was asked if I wanted to submit it to other companies - great idea!! Kushal, the owner of Cleaning Unlimited, was quick to respond and we set a time and date. In view of the favourable reviews, we decided we would ask him to clean our two love seats at the same time.
He and his wife arrived promptly at the set time and quickly got to work after explaining about the products they would use. The work was finished as promised and in good time and I consider the price charged was very reasonable.
I would definitely recommend this company and we plan to use them again to clean carpets in our basement.

I actually can't remember the cost for the cleaning so I estimated when I entered this mandatory field but it was very reasonable. I met the owners, a humble married couple with a family in a setting unrelated to their business and had the opportunity to get to know them without pretense that I needed any services done. I found them to be kind, decent, honest, straightforward, completely above board people and they are trustworthy, reliable and dependable. I discovered they run this cleaning company and decided to cancel my upcoming service with a large competitor in order to give these people a try. Turned out to be be a wise decision. I was thoroughly impressed by the cleaning service provided by this lovely family. My 3000+ square foot home sparkled and I noticed they actually did a little more than I asked, things larger company would have certainly not bothered with. I have nothing but praise for this family run locally owned business, recommend them to anyone. They aim to please and do. I will use their services again as long as they are in business.

I have had other carpet cleaners before but the work that Kushal and his wife do is exemplary! Kushal takes time to explain everything effectively and cleans very thorougly. I like how his wife oversees his work and pays attention to details that women always seem to notice more than men (sorry guys). I have never been so happy! We have an older small dog who recently started to have a few accidents. They cleaned the area with a product that seems to have removed the odor most effectively!
In addition, their character is so admirable as they are so pleasant and honest. I will recommend them to everyone who needs carpet cleaning. I hope to have them return every year that we have carpets to clean!

He explains everything clearly, respects the home and customers and does everything you would expect of a professional.
