Ontario Mould looks like it has disappeared, not responding to calls or emails
Be very careful if you hire this company. They did the work, but put in a type of insulation that caused worse problems than mould to our tenant in our unit. The insulation used was cellulose and they did not seal off the fixtures, and also did not properly install the insulation which resulted in the cellulose dust intruding into the house. Cellulose has large dust issues and allergy issues if it is not installed properly.
We asked for a year about issues and asked the company to come look at the job but they refused and told us all would be ok. Our tenant had to move out due to her allergic reaction to the cellulose and we were just told it was safe enough and should not be a problem. Turns out it was a huge problem.
We had to finally call in another company to replace the insulation and properly seal off the fixtures and fix the blocked Moore Vents.
We sent photos and explanations to the company and they Ghosted us on email, and now none of their phone numbers seem to work. So might be out of business and this is our last resort. We ended up spending another 10k to fix the work they did not do properly.
Very disappointed in their follow up and just ignoring us. If they read this please call me, you have our number and know who we are.
