Shawn is a gem! He embodies professionalism and is exceptionally thorough in his work. He went out of his way to to explain all of his findings to us in a manner that both my husband and I understood and offered clear suggestions and referral sources to enable us to maintain or improve upon our new home. He genuinely enjoys sharing his expertise and wealth of knowledge and is a breath of fresh air in a housing market that is highly stressful and frustrating. Thanks Shawn!
