Aluminium windows and doors gone bad

This company has sold us aluminium windows and doors that they import from Greece, the price seemed good, however the windows started to freeze up in the winter, we have water running down on our floor , which we have to have re finished. These windows are not meant to be installed in our Canadian winters. This company should stop selling products that are not approved.
I hated the long delays and now I hate the product,
I would not recommend them to anyone .
