My wife Jacqui and I could not ask for more than these guys did for us. From the email communications in the beginning, to the timely estimates provided, and the timeliness and quality of the work provided, they are a 5 star company all the way.
Sebastian was a pleasure to work with, and they accommodated our needs completely, which was highly appreciated considering we had a lot going on with our first born arriving early. The last thing we would have needed was any complications at home as well to have to deal with.
We had contacted another person initially for the hardwood install, and Callingwood Flooring to handle the sanding and staining after that. When Sebastian came over to quote us, he never once attempted to solicit or undercut the other company on the upstairs job, and that instantly raised my opinion of him. I have a sales background, so I tend to be more critical of other sales people when I am buying something.
When we had a problem with the first people we chose for the install, we quickly decided to use someone else instead. We called Sebastian and he was more than willing to take on the extra work. The best part: his quote saved us quite a bit of money, and his time frame to finish the ENTIRE job was several days shorter. That's a win-win right there....
