We contacted Patel on Friday and by Tuesday we had our new American Standard AC and Furnace delivered, installed and working. They took care of all the garbage and were extremely careful protecting the floors and the stairs.

Having been given a ridiculously high complete furnace replacement by a
"technician", resulting in my becoming suspicious, I began looking up
Google, found a company by the name of Glors Heating and Air Conditioning. I called and was informed that a service person would be over; he arrived within thirty-five minutes and took care of the issue, within fifteen minutes. It was a minor relay problem; the furnace most
definitely did not require replacement. I experienced integrity, honesty,
superb technical skill and professionalism. I shall definitely be a loyal
customer, for the rest of my existence.

Really thankful to Mr.Patel very nice gentleman very honest upfront. He tell u the right thing what u need not like other companies they rip you. Whenever I call him he always pick up or call back very fast service. He and his team installed American standard furnace and Ac job very neatly done. Highly recommended. He is very professional and very patient and explain what we get in detail. Must trust this company for peace of mind and excellent service. Thankyou GLORS for the best service.

During the August long weekend our air conditioner stopped working. I called Glors Heating and Air Conditioning on Friday and Patel answered the phone and said he could arrive within the hour to see if he could repair our air conditioner. He was able to replace the air conditioner first thing Tuesday morning. He was very knowledgeable and informed us how to take care of our new unit.

I was recommended Glors by Canadian Heating and Air conditioning company who had installed my furnace and AC 3 years ago. As they are located in Burlington and I am at Malton they would not do the service.
Mr. Patel came promptly at the time he estimated and did the job efficiently and effectively.
He reported my furnace is in excellent condition and at the moment does not need anything. He even suggested not to call him next year and save the money for future maintenance.
His diligence also led him to inspect my hot water heater exhaust and observed a hole and recommended corrective action. As a responsible individual he taped the exhaust duct to effectively seal the hole.
I recommend him whole heartedly even though my interaction with him was for 40 minutes he created a positive defining moment in my life by his exemplary service.

Patel has, once again, come to my rescue and repaired the slipshod work done by the A/C company who did the original installation ~ only 7 years ago! The “A-Coil” had to be replaced and an open hole in the foundation (left by said company) was filled. Patel is friendly, informative and, if necessary, will come on short notice, wears booties when in the home and lays down rubber mats if his crew is coming and going. He’s my Heating and A/C “GO TO” guy!!!

My A/C died last Sunday ... one of the hottest days of the summer. I had phoned several contractors and everybody was booked solid. Patel at Glors was able to fit me into his schedule and repair the problem. He was friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
