Our furnace required a costly repair and ultimately a replacement was the best option. We contacted several companies to quote a new furnace and the addition of AC and went with Doug almost immediately. Not only was his pricing fair, he also took the time to explain what our options were, made recommendations on what we may require, was kind and seemed very trust worthy. Because our furnace could have died any moment, Doug penciled us in and had our new furnace and AC installed the following week. We feel Doug went above and beyond for our family by delivering what he promised very quickly, fixing an additional issue in our crawl space in regards to a lack of heating and cooling and even switched the colour of an outdoor pipe after I commented that it didnt match our house (sorry Doug!).
