Mike was great. He was able to come within a few days to carry out the extermination. He was very friendly and made the stressful situation of having bedbugs easier and more manageable. He was also available to answer all my questions leading up to and after the extermination, which was great customer service and I was super grateful. I would recommend Swift X Pest control in a heart beat and would use them again (although hopefully I won't have to now!!).

Thanks for your wonderful feedback. Never a worry about the amount of questions. We are quite used to it, as the overall process can be stressful for many!
