Mike was incredibly helpful and thorough. My partner and I were out of town when we discovered from our house-sitter that there was evidence of bedbugs back at home. Mike was easy to talk to over the phone and reassuring that the problem could be easily solved, while at the same time being completely safe for our pet. We were able to book for him to come treat our house the day we arrived back in town. He was very thorough as we walked through the house together discussing the issue, telling me what to look for, what to expect, etc. He completed the uninvasive treatment within a couple of hours and made sure I was clear about what he had done, and what we should do and keep an eye out for the next few of week. Since then, Mike has gotten in touch a few times to check in and ensure that we are happy with the results.
