really great service. Was available for a next day appointment (very key because I had only just realized we had bedbugs and another companies soonest availablity was 3 weeks from the day) and the guy clearly knew what he was doing. Also has made it very clear that any signs of bedbugs again he'd come take care of free of charge (but there hasn't been)
