Florence and her husband Gary are both very nice to deal with. Because of the extremely long and cold winter, we were not able to come out to do the install and made them unable to use the deck for 2-3 months. But they never rush us or push us to finish the job. Got the backyard all clean when we were there doing the install and offering us hot teas to keep us warm. Very nice couple, very nice customers. We really appreciate it.
