I would recommend Odds on home inspections. Inspector Simon checked everything very thoroughly and he was very professional. He guided us with all the tips necessary to resolve the concerns. He even followed up with the questions which I asked him. I would highly recommend them

Excellent service. Can’t say enough about how grateful I am to have been referred to this company. Chris was super quick to respond and give me an appointment. Paul the inspector who was on site was extremely patient and accommodating. He got there and had to wait 45 mins to get in. I felt so bad that he waited so long, but he was very understanding and went on to do his inspection. He then emailed me the report No long after that same afternoon.

Wow! Dan was awesome! What a professional Home Inspector! He did such an amazing job and so very very thorough. He was awesome at explaining everything to me that I had concerns with and teaching me about the things I had no idea about.
