Earlier this year, we hired Terry to come by and fix a crack we had running across our foundation. We weren't sure if this crack was the cause of our efflorescence and dampness issue but the price was fair and this was the most obvious place to start.
Terry and 2 of his work men were able to dig six feet and patch the crack in just a day. They didn't damage any of our stone work and cleaned up our backyard way better than I expected.
It's been over 6 months and everything seems better. No more dampness nor efflorescence even though we don't have a vapour barrier under the laminate.
