Roberto refinished the oak floors in our new home. They were pretty beaten from years of carpet and water damage, but he was able to restore them to a beautiful natural finish.
The one room that was incredibly damaged, he was able to finish with a beautiful stain.
He started on time, finished on time, at his quoted price. He kept us in the loop to make sure we were satisfied while the job progressed.
Overall, we are very happy with the work.

Found Quijada custom flooring on kijiji and called to get a quote about refinishing a 50+ year old hardwood

Roberto (the owner) contacted me back promptly and came to see the job, he explained with details what needed to be done and he is pretty good at answering questions and concerns.

We then agreed to a price and time frame, the job was done accordingly with no issues and we are very satisfied, our old hardwood looks amazing

There was a couple of bid stains and we thought that we may have to replace the floor but Roberto and his crew did a great job.

Roberto was great to work with. He showed up when he said he would and was very reliable. He made sure I was happy and open to correcting anything that was required. It was a great experience from start to finish. He takes pride is his work. He cleaned up each day and took into consideration that I had kids. I originally thought they did a fantastic job but now a year later there are gaps everywhere. Another contractor explain that they used the wrong hardware to install. I'll likely have to have it all pulled up and reinstalled. A waste of money. Thought the rate was good but now I'll have to pay more than double to get it done right.

I contracted Quijada custom flooring to refinished my living room pine floors . Roberto did an amazing job, he made the 100 yrs old floors look brand new. I also like that he said the job was going to take three days and It was done on time.
In terms of pricing, I got 4 estimates. Quijada flooring estimate was very reasonable and Roberto's professional attitude gave my husband and I the confidence to contract him for the job. I am a very satisfied customer, so much that I am bringing him back in the fall to do the rest of the floors in my house.
