Roberto was polite and very knowledgable from quoting on the job, answering questions we had and doing a walkthrough of the areas he would be working in. He worked quickly to get the job done in the short time window that was provided and the floors look fantastic. Based on this experience, I will be recommending him to anyone looking to have floors installed or refinished in the future.

As first-time homeowners, we had no idea who to look for, or what to expect from installers. From the get-go, Roberto was easy to talk to, and get a hold of. It turns out he was the best priced too! The work he did was phenomenal! He paid attention to the details, and did such a clean, careful job we were highly impressed and thankful. Subsequently, he and his team were hard-working, cleaned up thoroughly as they went along, and at the end of each day. They listened to our requests, and everything was executed perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with their work, and have since called them in for all the other work that we needed to be done!

Roberto and his team are fantastic. I took several quotes from different companies on here but was most impressed with Roberto for how creative he was in helping us update our stairs at minimal cost, not constantly trying to up sell products or solutions which so many do. Roberto listened to all our ideas and was very forthcoming with all the details and overall breakdown of the work and associated costs. He worked long days to ensure our timeline was kept despite some unexpected severe weather. He quickly remedied any concerns we had with an additional promise of follow up care if needed. We’re quite happy with the final product and we certainly achieved the look we were going for.

We are very happy with the work Roberto completed - we were worried about the sanding dust but Roberto has top of the line equipment that keeps the dust low. He also tapped off rooms to prevent dust from leaving the main floor. The floors and handrails look amazing! Thanks Roberto!
