Chris McCarthy and his team really take care of their clients; they have vision, they're personable and highly professional. They're committed to what they do and it shows. They made our deck in Toronto an extension of our home; a place where we can now sit and enjoy. They also took an unused space at our cottage, in the Kawarthas, and turned it into a stunning area that family and friends will be able to enjoy with us.

There were never any surprise; price point was bang on, only ideas to improve our spaces, never any promises of "we'll get back to you", what they say is going to happen, happens. After each and every day the areas were cleaned up which was very important to us as we have a young child and a dog. One Landscape Design and Build goes above and beyond. I would, and I have, recommended them to others.

Simply put, amazing! I had built a deck late last year which required having an upper roof structure over top of the lower section. Our lower deck area is about 14x18 with 6 6x6 posts standing tall waiting for a roof of some sort. After having multiple contractors come and quote the job and offer ideas, we settled on Chris and his team. Although I could have spent a few weeks building it myself in my spare time, I opted to have it built. What impressed me the most and why Chris stood out from the rest is his knowledge, customer service and over all demeener. Both my wife and I felt like Chris was the right choice for the job. I am very meticulous in my work and demand the same. Chris kept on top of the project in every aspect from timing, dates, delivery, management and budget. I am very pleased with the final product and would highly recommend anyone to commission Chris and his team for your next outdoor project. I would upload a photo, but it's snow covered right now! I will upload in the very near future once mother nature is done with this white stuff!

Amazing experience! Was really impressed how fast Chris had workers on the job and getting it done! He not only did an awesome project for us but had many many good ideas that made our property look amazing! i would highly recommend One Landscape Design! He looked after it all - stone work, wood work, fencing, trees, shrubs, yard, walkway - everything! We have the nicest property on the street thanks to Chris! The pictures below do not show the amazing stone steps down hill from house to pool nor do they show the amazing gardens he put around our house!

I highly recommend Chris and his team at One landscape design -build. I had a beautiful 504 square ft deck put on my house. I had a vision on what I wanted and Chris was amazing at putting it to paper then to actual design. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen even though at times I couldn't see it. The end result was nothing more than magnificent. He made this experience as easy as possible. He told me how this would work and how long it would take and he did exactly that. From the time the old deck came off and new one installed it was 5 days. It was amazing. I highly recommend Chris and his company and any future work I may need, he will be the first I call. Thanks again so much Chris. Looking forward to years of enjoyment on my new deck!!!!

After recently purchasing a historic house in Peterborough, which had been newly renovated inside (prior to purchase), our spacious backyard was the first thing on our to-do list. Chris and the team provided and encouraged our own ideas which resulted in just the perfect backward we were looking for. Also, this was no easy task. It was pretty much a complete upheaval of our existing yard. We appreciated the patience that was given... for we did indeed have a vision in mind, and this was no easy task. I like to think the cold bottles of gatorade and occasion take out lunch we provided motivated the staff, but pretty sure they were almost just as excited to see the finished product when completed. Ten green thumbs up!
