From the start of the project to the finish, Mike is upfront about everything, and he knows a lot about his work. His detailed schedule was accurate and easy to follow. Mike was dependable and was onsite every single day. He was there to co-ordinate all of the sub-trades and answered all of our questions and concerns and provided advice when we encountered unforeseen obstacles. Mike doesn’t cut corners. He takes the time to let you know exactly what the issue is, and comes up with reasonable and sensible options. He takes care of everything for you, from the smallest things like daily clean-up/garbage removal, to more complicated affairs like plumbing and electrical. He really made us feel like there was nothing to worry about (we heard a lot of horror stories about contractors). And he managed to deliver a beautiful home on-time, and on-budget! We couldn’t be happier with the home he built for us. We would definitely call him again for any additional projects required around the house.
