Barry came to give us a window quote - he was
very informative and had lots of samples to show us. We haven't decided yet if we'll be going with Andersen for the windows but the quote visit was good.

I had a great experience, the service tech, Barry, was very nice and informative. He had samples of the product they sell. He let me know all the financial options available.

Matt and Paul performed a first rate removal and replacement service for my formally installed Aluminum Final Generation Windows, that according to them were installed correctly based on their original instal time period (28 years ago). My wife and I are very impressed with the quality of the foam and caulk job that was performed primarily by Matt of the crew. Please note that Paul did all the trim cuts for the interior look along with the bend/cutting of the aluminum capping that in my opinion was second to nothing that I have experienced in the past. I fully recommend this professional team as part of the Renewal by Anderson Family in the GTA. My wife is still amazed by the cordial humor and personality of this crew. We truly believe that the Renewal Company may have sent their top tier crew for my replacement job!

Located Renewal by Anderson at the 2017 Toronto Home Show. Sense the home show the hold experience from presentation of Anderson's products to the finished product installed, has been very present experience. The product has a real sophisticated look inside compared to the builders Windows. The fit and finish impeccably can put my old blinds back up no cutting necessary. I make a point of this statement as I work at Home depot in flooring/Decor and I have had many many people come in to get there blinds re-cut to use in there New Windows. The installers Mat and Paul have done a bang up job on the installation professional neat and tidy.I was impressed with the tidy Ness of the install, they left the house the same condition as they found it if not a little cleaner. This window project is in a new to us on a 11 year old home, so do not have heating or cooling cost per year. However it was are first really hot day of the summer. Well standing in front of one of the new Windows the difference of heat that could be felt compared to the builders window to me was 90% less Windows are doing what the sales representative said.

We had four windows replaced last Friday May 5/17. Matt & Paul showed up on time and worked for hours even in that heavy rain. They were very polite & professional. They did a fantastic job and the windows look great. It makes such a difference to the room. Highly impressed with the company including the salesman, Bruce who came to our home. We very much appreciated his presentation as well as his low pressure sales approach, which always works much better with us. Nathan who measured the windows before installation was very friendly. It is clear the company sets high standards for their product and the people they hire.

We were very impressed with Renewal by Anderson. Lisa Boyd, the sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions promptly. We were impressed with the amount of knowledge she had. The company went out of their way to help us when we wanted to change the size of one of the basement windows. They worked with the company enlarging the window opening in the basement wall so that when the opening was finished they were able to immediatly install the new window. The installers (Dany, Matt and Paul) arrived promptly on the date specified. They were fantastic. The installation went smoothly, they went out of their way to minimize the disruption of the install and cleaned up at the end of each day.At the end of the install everything looked great and the cleanup was perfect. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We replaced 2 double casement, 1 quad casement and 2 composite (14' x 6') windows. Lisa Boyd went above and beyond during the sales meetings, the measurements went smoothly and the installation crew (Ivan and Milan) did a great job, professional, quick, and very neat. The windows were ready as scheduled and the quality and look of the windows exceeded our expectations. Pricey but worth it.
