We had windows installed by Renewal by Andersen. High quality product, good customer service and professional installation. Some of the screens needed to be adjusted so today Jacob came to do that. He was polite and he adjusted and installed the screens so now all is good! Thanks for the great job!

Today the Service Tech came out to do some follow up Service work. The Tech was on time, and prepared. He completed all the service work to my satisfaction, and was very courteous. Thanks so much to Renewal by Anderson, and the Service technician for your professionalism.

Excellent service from initial salesperson to the fantastic installers. The windows look fantastic both inside and out. Delivered and installed as promised. As with any renovation or installation there are always some inconveniences and a little dirt.

Very, very happy with the entire project. The installation went extremely well. Matt, Corey and P.J. were professional and personable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The window quality and craftsmanship is excellent. We certainly made the right decision to go with Andersen!!! We would definitely recommend them.

Where to start.... good, not great for sure. The sales rep was here for around 4 hours, showing me this and that and not really considering my time. Having said, I still bought. I added some windows after the fact, and that process was quick and all done electronically. Project manager that came to measure was good, nice and polite, and timely - yay!

Set my install, crew was here on time, explained everything to me, covered the floors and furniture and really were fantastic (Edgar & team, highly recommend!). Then the issues started - 2 windows missing and 2 manufactured wrong + 6 of the 9 screens were too small and rattled when pressed (windy day that noise would drive anyone crazy). Project manager (MARTY) sorted it all out, and got the missing windows moving. Took about 3 weeks (not great, but ok).
Second install was also good, foreman a little harsh on his team. Mentioned to Marty and he explained he is the best in the business but can be hard on his team when training... surprised any make it through training! Screens still don’t fit right, so we need the factory to fix, which means another visit... ugh. Getting tired of this ever lasting window install!!
Service tech comes to install new screens and guess what? They don’t fit right.... now I’m irritated. Tech was great (Jacob) and he explained the error in measurement, and takes them to fix himself. Jacob was back less than a week later with the right size screens - FINALLY! Also he was kind enough to add some stripping to other some other screens that were slightly loose. (Thanks again!)
Overall, the experience was decent because of Edgar and Jacob. Not overly impressed with the sales process or the manufacturing mistakes.
Windows look beautiful, but yet to validate quality.

Jacob did a good job he came on time .took his time to make sure the window was the right one cleaned it put on the brackets took out the old window check the gasket and installed the new one really good. Thank you

In just over 3 hours today the lads (Edgar, Juan and Jesus) removed our old doors and installed great quality door. We never had a doubt about the door but were equally impressed with this crew of guys. Very professional, efficient and respectful of our house and furniture. Good guys. Also great experience with program manager Jim and sales guy Geoff. Highly recommend

Jacob the service tech came to install two sash and he did a great job. He was right on time and he even clean my glass and show me how to operated the windows.

We saw Renewal by Andersen at the Green Living Show (2019) and visited their booth as we needed our windows replaced. Our sales experience with Bryon was great. He took the time to explain how Andersen was different and what their product offered and made some suggestions along the way.

Our installation went really well. Ben and his crew were really nice and professional, often asking if there was anything else they could do or go above and beyond for us.

The new windows are great and we feel they are making a difference. Our home is generally chilly and anything that can help insulate definitely helps.

I had windows changed by Renewal by Anderson. The caulking had come away from the brick. After a few months of asking the company to follow up as per the warranty, Jacob attended my home.

He did an incredible job and even went above and beyond to fix up some other places.
