After looking at different companies to replace the original windows on my house, I chose to go with Renewal which was clearly the right choice.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Justin, my project manager, and Jacob, my service technician. Both were extremely professional and helped make this a smooth and satisfying experience. I would recommend Renewal based on my experience to anyone who asks thanks to Justin and Jacob.

We had Renewal by Andersen do our windows last year and I couldn't be any happier with the results! They are absolutely the most high quality windows on the block! The fibrex material is so easy to clean and the window mechanism is really smooth. Everyone on the team is a pleasure to work with. A wonderful team and they are really great at any service related issues you have. Jacob always has an outstanding attitude towards our services and repairs.

Simply put, you get what you pay for and this house has windows that will outlive me. Not only were the windows installed by pro’s who took their time and made sure that everything was insulated properly; I now have a great guy named Jacob who will come and make any adjustments if necessary.

There was a problem with one hinge. I don’t have to do anything other than call a number and windows will be replaced if defective or if the doors need any adjustments. Not sure you could find any other service better than that!

Our experience with Renewal by Andersen was AMAZING!!! It all started with Duane coming out to the house, sharing his knowledge, expertise and passion for the Andersen product. We were changing over 40 windows and wanted energy efficient, durable, low maintenance and casement replacements. Duane showed us the way through Renewal by Anderson! There was a lot of team work involved when it came time for our beautiful windows to be installed. Under the leadership of Nathan and his crew; Ivan, Robert and Dillion, the completed job was phenomenal!! Throughout the entire project Duane, Nathan, Ivan, Robert and Dillion were extremely professional, polite and conscientious. Their customer service went above and beyond! They considered our health and safety of the utmost importance observing social distancing and mask wearing. We completed the project in 2 phases. Throughout the project we had need for some replacement parts that the company actively offered. During that time we had an opportunity to meet Jacob for installations and adjustments. We found him extremely warm and professional, arriving promptly, educating us the on the operations of the windows and addressing us by our first names.

He never made it feel as though we were a burden to his workday and he really instilled confidence in the company’s warranty.

I recently called this Renewal by Andersen this week and asked for assistance to fix my bedroom window and back door, The service was very quick and I received help as soon as possible which was great! A works man by the name of Jacob, fixed my window and back door and he was friendly and knowledgeable about his task. He showed me how to properly lock my bedroom window and fixed the door handle on my door. Jacob also played with our dog and he was very nice and loving towards our furry friend! The service provided was amazing!!

I had heard of Renewal by Andersen but there were so many window and door companies to choose from. A friend suggested I take a closer look and in the end I was so happy with the friendly service, quick communication, perfect installation and beautiful product. The new window and door look amazing. Very happy with Renewal by Andersen.

We had a minor issue with not being able to close one of the new windows installed by Renewal by Anderson. Within hours of bringing it to their attention, we heard from Jacob Raghoonath who assessed the problem by phone/video, and just finished replacing the defective window. He was fabulous to deal with - phoned, emailed, followed up, was always on time. Jason was friendly and funny and fast! He had that window replaced in no time. Thank you so much, you are a pleasure to have in our home!

Jacob came by yesterday to install 2 screens which had had to be cut down slightly because they proved to be a bit too tight when the windows were installed initially.
He was personable and very professional and finished the job in a couple of minutes. He then asked me if there was anything else he could help me with. I asked him about the operation of the winding mechanism of my casement windows and he proceeded to adjust this on all of my 11 new casement windows and cleared up a little bit of confusion I was having on operating them.
He was only here maybe 15 minutes but resolved everything quickly and efficiently.
We are very happy that we chose Anderson for our window replacement and highly recommend this company.
