South Peak Roofing & Exteriors

My experience with South Peak Roofing & Exteriors was nothing but positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a first-class job. The job I needed done was to have my House, Garage, and Shed roofs re-shingled. When I called to request a quote the person I spoke to was Rich. He was very nice and personable and was able to meet at a time that worked best for me. During our meeting he took the time to understand what my unique needs were and was able to come up with a plan that exceeded my expectations. I received a quote a day later and after accepting it Ken gave me a time frame on when they could start. The day before the work was to be done they loaded our roof with the new shingles and brought all the supplies and materials needed to do the job. On the day they started working a crew of five guys were here first thing in the morning and these guys were the hardest workers I ever seen. They all worked together as a team and each knew what they had to do and were able to complete the whole job in two days. After the job was completed I met again with Rich and went over what was done. Then around a month after the work was completed I received my warranty in the mail. All in all, I couldn’t be happier. My roof looks amazing and I can rest assured knowing that a good job was done. As for the specifics of the work that was done.

1. They removed and disposed all old roof material.
2. Identified and replaced any damaged plywood.
3. Put down full roof synthetic underlay.
4. Put down ice & water shield on eaves, valleys, and penetrations.
5. Installed new vents and drip edges on eaves.
6. Installed colored metal valleys and flashing.
7. Installed CertainTeed shingles with manufacture warranty.
8. Cleaned up working area making sure to leave no garbage behind.
