Best decision to hire Moh to help us update our home. As others have said, he stayed on budget and on schedule which Ive since learned is not very common with major renovations.

Beyond that he has great knowledge of what will work best for each project he works on. We had a designer help us redesign the kitchen but when walls come down sometimes plans have to change. Moh was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to make the most out of our space. Even the subcontractors he used were efficient, professional and did amazing work. Everyday Im grateful for the work he and his team did for us.

I have never been more impressed with a company. Moh was transparent from the get go and very fairly priced. We ran into an issue where our house had 2 beams that needed to be replaced, not one ( as we discovered when the walls were opened up) moh quickly and very kindly financially helped us pivot. He even did some extra work for us on a whim while they were in our home. I've become quite fond of moh as there's not a lot contractors with this level of integrity. My Job was to deliver a dream kitchen for my wife and Moh definitely helped me deliver.

Hired "Space and design Structure professionals" to install one 11 ft LVL beam between two rooms. I have already had drawings and permit ready so the actual job was given to professionals. I have no regrets, the job was done as agreed on time and budget. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure and high satisfaction for my family to see the amazing changes that were made to our Main floor that had many unwanted walls and pillars all over. Mr. Mohd, with his high level of engineering design and willfull ability redesign our main floor to an open concept house. He added 3 x 3 , 20 feet beams across our house to create this miracle. Highly professional, Highly Knowledgeable and Expert in this redesign field. Highly recommended.
