I have used Tornado Plumbing in many projects in Etobicoke, always punctual and efficient in their work, fair price and excellent workmanship. I always recommend them to any family members or friends that need plumbing services in GTA. The owner, Sergei and his crew take pride in their work and they do it right the first time.

Tornado was recommended to us by a friend. In one of the recent rain storms our basement backed up. Sergey cleared the drain for us, identified the 2 issues in the pipe and most importantly told us to get in touch with the City to see if the break in the pipe was on city side (it was). We will certainly use Tornado again in the future.

Serhiy is our go to plumber for a number of years now. Recently, I noticed water on and around the water tank in the basement and called him at once. I knew it came from the kitchen sink. As always, he responded quickly, came by the next day, assessed the problem and replaced the faulty drain (shoddy work once done by someone else) behind the drywall on the very same day. Serhiy has great workmanship, is very reliable, and always explains what needs to be done. I highly recommend his services.

We had a great experience with Tornado (especially Serhiy). We called the company number as we were having trouble with plumbing in our kitchen and bathroom. We were referred to Serhiy by some friends of ours and man were we grateful for this. Serhiy showed up right on time, assessed the problem quickly and advised us of our options. Don't bother calling other company. Called in few for estimates before going with Tornado given positive reviews and fair pricing. Fast, clean, polite service. Serhiy was very professional, explained everything including what to look out for after. This is not a small job, replacing sewer pipe (roots issue). They checked water and gas pipe to ensure safety. Everything done within one day. 10 out of 10.
