I had a problem with squirrels chewing and removing the plastic roof vent. I called Perry who did fantastic roofing work for me before on my rental property in downtown Toronto and solved problems that others couldn't resolve. He came the very next day as promised regardless of the fact that there was snow and ice on the roof and he and his c0-worker installed two steel heavy duty roof vents that are raccoon and squirrel proof. Perry is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, caring, dependable, trustworthy and does amazing work that is done right the first time and lasts. He deserves a score of 11 ( by John in Scarborough)
